Cu (AL) / XLPE / SWA (STA) / PVC Multi Core Cables

A multi-core cable is a cable with more than one insulated core. Power Cable Multi Core manufactured by SiTong CableCABLE meets or exceeds the requirements of all international standards like ASTM, AS, BS, CSA, DIN, IEC, NFC, SS-etc. Cu (Al) conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armored power cable has excellent electric, mechanical properties. But also have powerful resistance against chemical corrosion, heating, and environmental stress. Their structures are simple. The permissible maximum operating temperature is 90'C. It is convenient for using, and they can be laid with no restriction of different elevations.

Product Introduction

Multicore Cables are commonly available in 2 core cables, 3-core cables, four-core, five-core, 3+1-core, 3+2-core, 4+1-core, etc. The number of cores of control cables can reach 61 cores.

  • Two-Core Cable: The purpose is to control an electrical appliance, one is the firewire, the other is the zero wire, and the switch is in the middle of the firewire in series to turn on or off the power.
  • Three-Core Cable: 3 cores are generally used for 380V power lines, one is the zero line, and the remaining two are the fire line. Between the appliance and the power supply are controlled by a three-way switch or magnetic starter, mostly used for three-phase motors or welding machines.
  • Four-Core Cable: Generally used for incoming power lines, one connected to the zero line, the other three were connected to the transformer A, B, C fire line, A, B, C fire line, the end of all the power used roughly equal so that the transformer output power smooth.
