N2XSY cable

APPLICATION

Cable n2xsy is used for electricity supply in low-voltage installation systems. They are suitable for installation indoors and outdoors, in cable ducts, underground, in power and switching stations, local energy distributions, and industrial plants, where there is no risk of mechanical damage.

Construction of N2XSY Cable

• Conductor: Solid or stranded copper (1C, 2C, 3C, 4C, 5C, or Multi-core)
• Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
• Filler: Polypropylene filament with lapped binding tape
• Binder: Binding tape
• Inner Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
• Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

• Fixed Temperature Range: -5°C to +70°C

STANDARD

This product complies with the EEC Regulation 73/23 (Low Voltage Regulation) CE. Conforms to CE/TUV/VDE standards.
- N: indicates German standard.
- 2X: cross-linked polyethylene insulation.
- S: copper wire and reverse-wound copper tape shielding.
- (F): longitudinal water barrier.
- 2Y: PE sheath.
