Product Introduction

Overview

Flexible control cable is designed for loop control and line protection in low voltage applications. It includes various types such as low smoke and halogen-free (LSZH) cables, which offer safer performance by not emitting toxic gases when burned.

Features

  • Conductor: Flexible copper / Tinned copper
  • Insulation: PVC
  • Sheath: PVC (Black or Gray)
  • Bending Radius: Single-Core: 20D ± 0.05, Multi-Core: 15D ± 0.05
  • Temperature Rating: 0℃ to 90℃

Applications

  • Portable power tools and equipment
  • Instrumentation control
  • Low-voltage circuit control
  • Line control protection

H07V-K PVC Insulated Cable

  • Voltage Level: 0.6/1KV
  • Applications: Permanent indoor installation in dry locations, electrical equipment, switchboards.

Installation Guidelines

  • Pay attention to the minimum bending radius.
  • Lay cables without deformation.
  • Avoid unrolling from one part of the cable reel; rotate the reel instead.
  • Ensure cables on the chain do not touch or stick together.
  • Replace the cable if the chain breaks to avoid overstretching damage.
