Armoured Instrumentation Cable

Armoured Instrumentation Cable is applicable to control cable products for instrumentation with AC-rated voltage 450/750V and below. The shielded cable for the roving detection device adopts a twisted aluminum-plastic composite film shield and copper wire braid shield with superior anti-interference performance, which is widely used in computer measurement and control devices. And armored instrumentation cables are also widely used between inverter power supplies and inverter motors.

The armored LSZH version is generally used when there is an increased risk of mechanical damage, and the galvanized steel wire armor provides excellent protection.

Application

This kind of Armoured Instrument Cable is suitable for instruments and other electrical equipment in the signal transmission and control circuit. The armored Instrument cables are generally used for outdoor installation and are suitable for wet and damp areas.

Construction

  • Conductor: Annealed or tinned copper
  • Insulation: XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) or PE
  • Pairing: Two insulated wires are twisted together uniformly, and the laying distance does not exceed 100 mm
  • Binding Tape: PETP transparent tape
  • Collective Shielding: paste aluminum/polyester tape on paired metal pairs and make contact with tinned copper drain wire, thickness 0.5 mm²
  • Inner Sheath: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) Sheath
  • Amour: Galvanized steel armor
