Definition

Heat-shrinkable termination, commonly known as heat shrinkable cable connector, is a cable accessory that can be used to connect cables. Compared with traditional cable accessories, heat shrink cable joints are easier to install and safer. Heat shrinkable cable joints are mainly used for power cables with voltage levels below 35KV.

Process Principle and Use Standard

By heating and shrinking, it closely fits with the cable to realize the connection of medium and low voltage cables or the connection of cables and equipment. The use temperature of heat shrinkable cable termination is kept between -55℃~105℃, and the service life can be up to 20 years.
